Megan Kritscher

Megan was born and raised in Woodland, just outside of Sacramento, graduating from Pioneer High School in 2008.  Having the opportunity to play 4 years of varsity volleyball and basketball in high school, her senior basketball season she averaged 15.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg and was one of the top in the country for blocks, averaging 7 blocks per game.  She was awarded MVP of the league and was nominated as a McDonalds All-American.

After high school Megan attended UC Santa Barbara for 22 years and Sacramento State for 3 on a full scholarship.  She was able to help the Hornets make back to back playoff births while setting a school record for blocks in a single season with 111, finishing top 3 in the country for blocks per game.

Megan has recently retired from playing basketball professionally overseas for the past 5 years after playin in some of the top leagues in countries such as Poland, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Turkey and Australia.  She is excited to be able to share her knowledge and experiences with the next generation.
